Setting up your email in Windows Live Hotmail In your browser, sign in to Windows Live Hotmail with your Windows Live ID.
On the toolbar, click Options then click More options. (1.1)

Under "Managing your account," click Sending/Receiving email from other accounts. (1.2)

Under "You can receive mail from these accounts," click Add an e-mail account. (1.3)

Prefixes such as "mail." or "pop." should NOT be included in your settings.

Do NOT check the box next to "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)".
Click Next.

Select the option you want for your unread messages. (2.2)

Windows Live Hotmail will send a verification email to your userName@yourDomain.com account. (3.1)
In order to send mail from your account via your Windows Live Hotmail account, you will need to log in to your Dynamail Account and click the link provided in the verification email from Hotmail.

How long does it take for Hotmail to retrieve messages?
Windows Live Hotmail can take up to 30 minutes to retrieve your messages from your Dynamail account.
What messages will be retrieved by Hotmail?
Windows Live Hotmail will only retrieve messages from your Dynamail Account if they were delivered after the most recent retrieval of messages.
Messages delivered to your Dynamail Account prior to the creation of your POP3 account will not be downloaded to your Windows Live Hotmail account.
Where are my retrieved messages delivered?
If you elected to have your mail delivered to its own folder, your messages will not arrive in your general Windows Live Hotmail inbox.
In order to view your retrieved messages, you will need to view the folder specified during the creation of your POP3 account.
