Setting up your email in Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac Open Microsoft Outlook 2011 on your Mac.
Click Outlook from the application menu. (1.1)
Click Preferences.

Click the icon next to E-mail Account. (1.3)

Password:
Your Email Password
Click Add Account.

POP
Incoming Server:
yourDomain.com
Outgoing Server:
yourDomain.com
Do NOT check the boxes next to "Override default port."
Do NOT check the box next to "Use SSL to connect (recommended)."
Click Add Account.
Check your email!
