Setting up Your e-mail in Microsoft Outlook 2003 Open Microsoft Outlook.
Click Tools from the top menu. (1.1)
Select Email Accounts.

Select Tools from the menu bar, then Email Accounts.

Select View or Change Existing Account. (1.2)
|
Click View or Change Existing Account.
|
|
Select the account you wish to modify and click the "Change…" button. (1.3)
|
Select the account you want to modify and click Change.
|
Enter the following settings: (2.1)
Your Name:
The name you wish to appear to your recipients
Email Address:
userName@yourDomain.com
User Name:
userName@yourDomain.com
Password:
Your Email Password
Incoming Mail Server (POP3):
yourDomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
yourDomain.com
Pre-fixes such as mail. or pop. should NOT be included in your settings.
Click on the More Settings… button.

Enter the following settings, then click on the More Settings button.

Click on the Outgoing Server tab. (3.1)
Check the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box.
Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".

Enter the following settings in the Outgoing Server Tab.

Click on the Advanced Tab and enter the following information: (4.1)
Incoming server(POP3):
110
Outgoing server (SMTP):
25
Click OK.
Check your email!

Enter the following settings in the Advanced Tab and click OK.
