Sonya Rose Atkinson is an American-German actress, visual artist, and poet. Sonya studied fine art and acting, graduating with a BFA from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, before moving to New York City where she continued a professional modeling career. Sonya works as a freelancer, recently relocating to Los Angeles, California.

Matt Blashaw has been honing his handyman skills since he was a teenager working at his father's lumberyard. A native of Orange County, Calif., Matt has held a variety of jobs in the construction and entertainment industries, including a stint with the Walt Disney Co. technical services department doing show effects and electrical installation.

Born and raised in New York City, Rachel Matos began expressing herself through art and performance at a very young age. She attended art school to hone her skills as a portrait painter while taking acting classes, and since her arrival to LA in 2005, she has worked on dozens of films, commercials, and print ads.

Rachele has been mentored by world-renowned sopranos Carol Vaness and Virginia Zeani. She was a winner in the Palm Beach Opera Competition at 19 where she sang in the winners’ concert at the Kravis center in Palm Beach under the baton of Maestro Anton Guadagno. She was also a member of the Aspen Music Festival's Opera Center. Rachele received her Bachelor’s degree in Vocal performance at Indiana University and continued with graduate studies at Boston University.

Iris Bahr is a critically acclaimed writer, actor, director and popular radio personality Svetlana. She has been nominated for several awards for her solo work, most recently for both a Drama Desk Award and UK Stage Award for Outstanding Solo Performance for DAI (enough).

BRITTANY ROSE BARATZ is a versatile performer hailing from the Washington, D.C. area. She has been singing since the age of 5 and has not stopped ever since. A flexible musician, Brittany has trained in opera, musical theater, and choral music. For the past four years she has been studying classical voice at the University of Maryland under the distinguished and world-traveled soprano, Carmen Balthrop, as well as studying theater with Emmy Award winner, Scot Reese.

Juel Casamayor will soon be the host/tv personality that everyone recognizes and loves to watch. A native of Atlanta Georgia, Afro-Cuban Juel was born of a Cuban father and Bahamian mother. Her love for fashion, fitness, beauty and entertainment makes Juel the perfect pop-culture host.

Edelyn Aubrey was born in the Fort Saint John, British Colombia, Canada. At the tender age of five she began taking singing lessons and performing with the Bel Canto Children’s Choir under conductor Rose Lowen. This led to several performances across Canada as well as a performance for HRH Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana.

I grew up on a pig farm in a small town in the Texas panhandle. My first experience performing was on a small stage built by my twin brother Jason and I, located in our barnyard. Many hogs were entertained by countless productions of the Price twins.

Sara Wordsworth is a New York City-based musical theatre performer, lyricist, librettist, writer, and freelance recording artist. As a performer, her voice can be heard on the Original Cast Album of Disney/ Pixar's Finding Nemo, the Musical (Darla/Pearl), as well as on the vocal track of the live stage version at Walt Disney World.

Kym Purling has now traveled to fourteen countries around the world and toured 49 of the 50 North American states. Understandably, he is currently off the road and is working on long term projects.

BRIDGIT ANTOINETTE EVANS is an award-winning actor and human rights media producer based in New York City. She served as Executive Producer of the South African staging of Suzan-Lori Parks' VENUS, and has since gained a reputation as the “go-to girl” for high-profile and emerging artists interested in entering the humanitarian world.

Hailed by the New York Times as “delightful and vocally strong and versatile”, Emily Albrink is a young soprano who is at the beginning of a very promising career. This season, Ms. Albrink sings Second Lady in Die Zauberflöte with Indianapolis Opera and repeats her role as Nuria in Ainadamar with Opera Boston and The Chicago Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Miguel Harth-Bedoya.

Lorraine Yaros Sullivan, mezzo-soprano, is an active performer and teacher. Recent performance credits include Dorabella in Mozart's Così fan tutte (with Martin Katz and Pat Diamond), Ottavia in Monteverdi’s L’Incoronazione di Poppea (with Tim Cheek and Josh Major), Mme.

From the time Marlene could talk she would always occupy herself creatively, whether it was drawing, singing or writing poetry. When Marlene was five years old she told her father she wanted to be Madonna when she grew up. Her father, thinking she would grow out of it, made it clear that the entertainment industry was not a realistic option and pushed her to become a writer.

Soprano Suzanne Vinnik is establishing herself as a diverse young artist. From Las Vegas. In addition to completing her education this season Ms. Vinnik will be soloist in the New Year’s Gala with the Westfield Symphony Orchestra, will perform an evening of opera arias at Opera Florham in New Jersey, and Mozart’s Mass in C minor with the Fairfield County and Westchester Choral Societies under the baton of Johannes Somary.

In the 2008-2009 season Mr. Jones will be making his debut with Mercury Opera of Rochester as Figaro in Il Barbiere di Siviglia in September, with the Amherst Symphony in Amherst, New York as a guest artist in December and Opera Theater of Lakeland as Schaunard in La Bohème in February.

OPERA FOR HUMANITY is a New York based Nonprofit Concert Opera Company. The mission of OPERA FOR HUMANITY is to help children all over the world overcome poverty and disease through benefit performances of world class opera in concert version performed by some of opera’s most up-and-coming stars.

Recently hailed by the Financial Times for her "large and lush mezzo-soprano," Texas native Laura Vlasak Nolen has quickly established herself on the operatic scene. Ms. Nolen was recently honored by New York City Opera with the Richard F. Gold Career Grant which is awarded to a young American singer who appears destined for a major career. As she continues to garner critical acclaim for each new appearance, it is no wonder Opera News claims "talent like hers can't possibly stay a well kept secret for long."

Baritone Kyle Ferrill has performing experience in oratorio, recital, and operatic repertoire. He has sung the baritone solos in such works as Ligeti's Le Grande Macabre, Berio's Sinfonia, Bach's Christmas Oratorio, Britten's Cantata Misericordium, Faure's Requiem and Handel's Messiah. Recent engagements include the Dawn Upshaw/Osvaldo Golijov Workshop at Carnegie Hall (including his Carnegie Hall recital debut), and a performance with Jake Heggie and Ricky Ian Gordon, including Heggie's Here and Gone with the composer at UC Berkeley.
